There is no AI in this product. We use ordinary code to build the machines, repair them, and work out what they cost. It does the same thing every time.

Every platform in this market hands you the same choice. Put all your clients in one cloud account and separate them with software rules, which is quick to buy and permanently risky. Or give each client their own account, which is genuinely safe and takes an engineer several hours per client.
Almost everyone picks the first one, because the second does not scale by hand.
We automated the second one.
Each of your clients gets their own cloud account, their own network, their own encryption key, their own directory. There is no shared place for one client's data to reach another, because there is nothing shared. A software rule is only as good as the code enforcing it. An account boundary holds even when the code is wrong.
A brand new client takes about twenty to forty minutes and nobody has to watch it. Their costs arrive already separated, because their accounts are already separate. And the product never says network, account, instance or image, so anyone on your service desk can run it.
- Microsoft's own Azure Virtual Desktop guidance recommends a separate tenant and subscription per customer for commercial delivery.
- Citrix's own partner documentation states that its partner console does not automatically enforce scopes.
Machines for your team, in a cloud account that is only yours.
Your own network, your own encryption key, your own directory. Volumes are encrypted with your key and that is not optional.
Our platform cannot reach two customers in one request. Every internal call carries a tag naming which customer it is for, and an account refuses anything that arrives untagged. Our control plane can only deploy our approved templates into your account. It cannot run commands there.
There are no long-lived credentials anywhere in the platform, because creating them is denied by policy inside every customer account. Activity logging runs at the organisation level to a separate account nobody reaches from a desktop.
Four locations: Virginia, Ohio, Oregon and central Canada. Chosen when your first machine is created, and locked from then on.
What we do not have yet
You would find all of this in your first security review, so here it is now.
- No multi-factor authentication.
- No single sign-on.
- No audit log you can read.
- No certifications, no third-party audit, no penetration test.
- No published service level agreement.
Where each of those sits is in the roadmap further down. If one of them is a hard requirement today, we are not the right fit yet, and we would rather say so now than in your second meeting.
A proper work computer that isn't sitting on your desk.
A real Windows machine, yours, reachable from any browser or from a desktop app. Turn it off, restart it, rename it. Connect to it when it is off and it starts itself.
You set your own password and you are the only person who knows it. Nobody at Offsite Labs can see it. No administrator can either. Every machine has its own sign-in and we hold none of them.
Your laptop stops needing to be fast, because the work is not happening on it.
It arrives as a blank Windows machine. Nothing is pre-installed. You install what you need, the same as you would on any new computer.

So the hardware refresh you had budgeted might not be a refresh. It might be nothing.
It changes how someone starts, too. Nobody waits on a laptop being ordered, imaged and shipped. The machine is asked for and builds itself while the rest of the onboarding happens.
